Études Studio offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that archive sales and specific limited editions may be subject to final sale terms.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
